This page explains which personal data we process when you use RXS-Team, why, how long we keep it and what rights you have. It is written from how the site actually works.
1. Who we are
The website https://rxs-team.com is R.X.S-Team Community, a community project run by a private individual (it is not a registered company). "RXS-Team" or "we" below means the operator of this project, who decides why and how your personal data is processed (the "controller").
The website, its database and its voice server run on a virtual private server (VPS) that we administer, provided by OVHcloud.
2. What data we process and why

3. Who we share data with
We do not sell your data. We use the following recipients / providers, only as far as needed for the feature concerned:
- Discord Inc. – sign-in (OAuth), avatars served from cdn.discordapp.com and the Discord voice channels our bot creates for lobbies.
- Google – only if you accept advertising measurement (Google Ads); embedded YouTube videos (youtube-nocookie.com) and the live-stream status check through the YouTube API.
- TrustedSite (cdn.ywxi.net, www.trustedsite.com, configuration hosted on Amazon S3) – only if you accept the optional cookies; the site-verification badge.
- Giphy – your GIF searches are sent to Giphy by our server.
- Delta Force data services (deltaforceapi.com and similar) – to show statistics, queried with the in-game identifier you link to your profile.
- The push services of your browser / operating system (e.g. Google FCM, Apple, Mozilla, Microsoft) – only if you subscribe to notifications.
- OVHcloud (hosting) – hosts the infrastructure the site runs on.
4. Transfers outside the EEA
Some recipients (e.g. Discord, Google, Giphy) may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Those transfers rely on the mechanisms those providers make available (e.g. standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework), as described in their own documentation.
5. How long we keep data

6. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and the right to withdraw your consent at any time (withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before it). You can withdraw advertising measurement at any time with the "Cookie settings" 🍪 button on the site.
To exercise any right, contact us using the details in section 8. We may need to verify your identity (for example by having you sign in with your Discord account). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection supervisory authority of your country.
7. Age
To sign in you must meet Discord's minimum age requirements. RXS-Team is not directed at children.
